Front Desk Associate
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Associate to support our clients and keep the day-to-day flow of the shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities can include greeting clients, answering phones and messages, scheduling appointments, processing payments, coordinating garment pickups, maintaining client information, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Ideal candidate: Friendly and professional, highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Help keep our alterations organized, prepared, and ready for every client.
Alterations Assistant
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Alterations Assistant who is comfortable taking on a variety of hands-on responsibilities. This position will support fittings, garment preparation, and the day-to-day work that goes into getting each piece ready for our clients.
Responsibilities may include assisting with measurements and fittings, preparing garments for alterations, steaming and pressing dresses and formalwear, organizing garments, and preparing completed pieces for pickup.
Ideal candidate: Has experience taking accurate measurements and assisting clients with fittings. Is comfortable working directly with customers, has a good eye for fit and detail, and is ready to jump in wherever needed. Experience with alterations is a plus, but not required.
